Pressure Test

Bags are tested under high pressure up to 200lbs to ensure the seal stays securely closed, even under heavy loads.

 

Puncture Resistance

Materials are tested for their ability to withstand punctures and impact from sharp objects. 3rd party testing shows ZIp-Zag bags to be 2.3x stronger than leading competitors.

 

Tensile Test

Material strength is tested to ensure it withstands stress without splitting or tearing.

 

Odour Test

Olfactory testing, compliant with BS EN 13725 standards, simulates real-world conditions to ensure odours stay sealed inside the bag.
