Zip Zag Bags Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your Zip Zag Bags order. If you’re not satisfied (or you’ve simply changed your mind), you have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in its original box (with all contents included).
  • It must be in saleable condition—this means no wear, damage, or missing accessories.
  • Returns that are not in "as received" condition will be denied and sent back.

  3. Ship the item back using the return instructions provided.

Damaged in Transit Claims

We take extra care in packaging, but if your item arrives damaged, don’t worry.

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damage

We’ll handle the claim with the carrier and provide you with a replacement or refund as soon as possible.

Lost Package Claims

If your package is lost or delivered to the wrong address:

  • Resolution typically takes 7-14 business days as we work with the carrier.
  • We’ll keep you updated and provide a replacement or alternative solution as quickly as possible.

Refund Processing

Once your return is approved and processed, you can expect your refund within 5-10 business days via your original payment method.

What if My Refund is Delayed?

  1. First, check with your credit card company—it may take a few days to show up.
  2. Next, contact your bank—processing times vary.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., a faulty or incorrect item), we cover the return shipping costs.
  • If you’re returning due to personal preference or an order mistake on your part, return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges & Store Credit

If you prefer to exchange your item instead of a refund, let us know.
We also offer store credit if you'd rather choose something else from our shop.
